Saturn Astra 1.8L 4 Cyl with engine codes P0365, P0300, and P0304. Could a p0300 or a p0304 code cause a p0365 code to occur because I am getting both?

The P0365 code points towards an issue with the camshaft sensor and has no effect on your other two codes. Here is some more info regarding this code.

The P0300 and P0304 indicate a misfire on cylinder 4. Here is some more info for you.
