My batt light came on then off and on a few more times. Now my abs and parking break light are on and steering is stiff

C1241 Vehicle stability control

Have the charging system check for proper charging voltage, when the steering is stiff there no power going to the steering box, which would be from a open fuse, due to a shorted situation. At the battery positive post is a fuse replace if open.
