P0641 -2008 saturn aura

I need help!!! my mother's car has just stalled after zero problems before. It will start but then will show "engine power reduced" and then wont start , if left alone for a while it will start again. but after a few minutes of idling it will do it all over again. the diagnostics code says p0641 but i dont know where to start looking to fix it. I cannot afford a mechanic to do it. any ideas of where i should start?

P0641 5 volt refference 1 circuit

This code condition is a short or open  in the 5 volts refference circuit that gives 5 volts to the APP sensor, ,A/C pressure sensor, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, engine oil pressure sensor,fuel tank pressure sensor,MAP sensor,throttle body sensor, just one of these sensor just have to short and it looses its 5 volts refference voltage and as a result the engine goes into reduce mode, What is helpful to narrow down this situation is if there is another code that was set with this code, If not try this go to the ECM disconnect the ECM check for any water or corrosion within the ECM connection. clear it out and reconnect,
