I have a 2008 Chevrolet Beat Diesel 3 Cyl. with code P0641, what does the code mean?

This code is for the 5 volt reference circuit. Most of the sensor use a 5 volt reference from the computer. There is a problem with the computer outputting the 5 volts, or one of the sensors has failed. Typically if the sensor has failed,then you will have another code for the sensor. If not, then it's likely the computer causing the code.
