toyota camry 2010, P0037 error code

Question

Hi guys,

I have both check engine and slip indicator lights on. The error code shows P0037. Do I need to change O2 censor? If yes, which one of the two?

P0037 Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 2

This is for the downstream 02 sensor the one behind the catalytic convertor
