I changed the sensor , cleaned the gear , and still not working .
What could be the problem with the P0500 on my 2001 RAV4 , man. Transmission ?

Vehicle: 2001 Toyota RAV4 , 2.0 L , Manual Transmition

Hi there,

If the speed sensor didn't resolve the issue then the problem is the speedometer itself. Signal is sent from the speed sensor to the instrument panel, then from there to the computer.
