I see both P1447 and P0325 on Infiniti 1997 QX4.

Question

My engine light is on and I checked the OBD codes ande they came back with P1447 and P0325. I read somewhere that if I took care of 1447 the engine light would disappear and that I would not have to replace the knock sensor. Is that right?

P1447 Evaporative emission control system purge flow monitor

P0325 Knock sensor 1 circuit malfunction Bank 1

Its possible that the purge flow can set a P0325, When you have these code together check the cooling system , low fluid level can also set a purge flow and a knock sensor code.
