Question

1999 Infiniti QX4 shows codes P0325, P0158, P0159, and P0160. Is it normal to get the last 3 codes for the same sensor?

They may be, but  I would I would have the O2 sensor(s) replaced first. You can have one replaced reset the code. If the other two codes come back replace the other O2 sensor, then reset the code and then see if the knock senosr code comes back on
