1994 Nissan Sentra Code P1102

Question

A code of P1102 came up.I changed the Mass Air Flow Sensor,cleared the code.The result is the code P1102 never returned but the engine starts great (right away),but won't stay running,if you hold the throttle down it will pop and fart and eventually quit.Code P0300 comes up.I thought the plugs got fouled when I drove it home with the check engine light on.but this engine doesn't have plugs so it seems.My question is what could be the problem?
