P0172 Chevrolet - optera

Dear sir ,
please I need your support.
my car Chevrolet optera ,
I have problem , when I am drive when I make neutral the RPM rich to 2000 and some times 1500 , and its Precarious , the engine force not as before , this problem start after clean the fuel injectors, change Gasoline Filter, and change the spark plugs.
now when I cheeked this code Appeared P 0172.

P0172 Fuel trim rich

You have a fuel pressure regulator pull its hose connection and see if fuel comes shooting out, if it does replace the regulator.
