I got the code P1778 on my 2003 Nissan Murano

the code is p1778 the transmission no past the second. ( no 3 or 4) I used normal oil no the c.v.t fluid (ns-2) could be the problem? please help.

Hi there

This code is for the step motor function on the CVT transmission. If you changed the transmission fluid and didn't use cvt transmission fluid, you have destroyed the transmission and it will need to be replaced.
