P2096 Jeep - engine light comes on after a couple hours driving

replaced catalytic converter and upstream O2 sensor. after driving for about 2 hours the check engine light comes on No noticeable problems with the operation of the vehicle reset obd and drive for a couple of hours and the light comes back on

Any exhaust leak prior to the front 02 sensor on both the upstream 02 sensor? If none check to see what 02 sensor is installed, Having a P2096 you may have to use the required 02 sensor which is a Mopar OEM,
