2000 Jeep Cherokee Code P0705

Question

got P0705 code replaced NSS turned CE light off and it came right back on. That vehicle will start in N and P back-up light come on in R and it will not start in all other positions. 2000 jeep Cherokee with 4.0 and AW4 auto trams help!!!!!

P0705 Transmission range sensor circuit malfunction (PRNDL) input

This is the correct operation for the transmission gear selector, check the transmission range (PRNDL) see if it out of adjustment or its cable being out of position
