Question

I added a 102 mm throttle body, K&N cold air intake, long tube headers and complete 3 inch exhaust. Will modes cause this code?

This code means there is a problem with the bank 1 fuel mixture. If your header is leaking it can cause this code or if you have an issue with the O2 sensor. Also check for any intake manifold leaks. Since it's only bank 1, it's likely there is a problem with the O2 sensor in my opinion.
