what does the codes mean and what type of shop will fix the problem

i cant pass inspection, codes p0054 p2004 p2195 keep appearing, and when driving the car it feels like it's loosing pressure, what type of shop will fix the problem.

P0054 H02S shorted to ground or open circuit

P2004 Intake manifold runner control stuck open

P2195 H02S sensor signal stuck lean

All these code together mean you only have one code condition and that is P2004 having the intake manifold runner stuck open.Being stuck open will set a P2195 as well as a P0054, It would also be a good idea is to have the PCV hose check for vacuum leakage.
