P0446 Chevrolet -

Question

have a p0446, replaced the canister vent valve then cleared the code with scan tool,code still comes up after 15minutes of driving, when the truck is running I can feel air being sucked through the vent valve so it seems to be operating normal, truck is hard to fill with gas, gas pump keeps clicking off when trying to refuel
