can this cause my truck to some time cut off

My truck is reading code P0581 and is shutting off on me completely dead and after sitting for 20 min start back up,been having this problem for 4 years,repair importance level for this code is low
so what could the problem be for my truck dyeing out??? when i have ac & radio on
