hi i have 2004 Nissan quest i can not start the engine and i have code 1564 ,i checked the spark plugs there are no fire on it and the car does not start

HI there,

The code is actually for the cruise control switch on the steering wheel. The only way this could be affecting the van starting would be if there is an issue with the spiral cable. If there is then this could prevent the power from getting to the ecm relay. Since you have a code the ecm should be working, so I would be checking the cam and crank sensors as possble issues.
