P0134 Mazda - CX7

Question

I have an 2008 Mazda CX7. And, I just received code p0134. It indicates that it is the o2 sensor bank 1. It has been running rough as of lately the past couple of days. Do you think that it may be the spark plugs. It has been quite sometime since I have changed them out. I would hate to spend all that money on o2 sensors and it only be the spark plugs. can someone help?

Hi there,

It is more then likely the issue is with the O2 sensor then the spark plugs. This code is also covering the heater in the O2 sensor, the heater wires fail on these inside the sensor and cause the code
