P1484 Cooling Fan RPM error

This code condition is more of a improper circuit voltage level of the cooling clutch fan, GMC has produced a TSB about this condition TSB # 05-06-02-01-012B what happes is the cooling fan clutch harness chaffs. There is also the possiblity the clutch fan itself is not operating properly where the cooling clutch fan will need to be replaced.
