Problem with Hyundai Terracan.

I have problem with Hyundai Terracan 2.5 diesel. Computer has write the error code P1131 (Fuel Adjustment Resistor), engine is hard to start, it has a huge black smoke behind form exaust, lean pulling, like it is withoutt power or something. Can you please help me?
