Should i clear U1000 code if the car running fine

Question

2008 Nissan Versa SL. Code U1000 does it need to let the shop checkout or the fault logged code can be clear if the car is running fine? Also, if the code is been clear, does it show up if the problem is not sovle?

U01000 If the problem is not solved then yes this code will show up, this is a communication code either with the ECM (engine control module) or the TCM (transmission control module) clear the code would be a good start, if this code does return it will have a freeze frame which will allow what area the fault originated from
