Went to get a sticker today and they failed my truck saying it was code p1000.
It is a 2015 Ford F350 6.7L Diesel with 500 miles on it.
The only thing I have done is put a ram air hood on it but did disconnect batteries and haven't driven but 10 miles since.
They said I just need to put some driving miles on it to cycle it.
Does that make sense.

Hi there,

This makes perfect sense. The code means the monitors haven't done the self test yet. This happened because of the battery disconnect. Once you drive it, then the monitors will run and pass inspection.
