We replaced the timing belt on this car and after that it won't start no fuel supply so we went through the entire job as back tracked did not find anything wrong we cleaned everything and reinstalled everything back and the vehicle started.
Runs great but has a. Check engine light p0340 cam sensor. Cleared the code it comes back after 70 miles. Took out the cam sensor checked it's within specs cleanedthe cam sensor bank 1 reinstalled light comes back on.

Hi there,

I would start by checking the signal from the cam sensor, also check the timing with a scan tool so you can see if you are losing signal and if the computer is seeing the timing as off. I would replace the sensor as well. It's probably geting hot and then stops sending the signal. A test on the sensor when it's working fine would show it to be good, but when the conditions are right it's failing. If you are 100% sure the timing is on, put a new cam sensor on the car.
