2007 NISSAN PATHFINDER PO448, P0430, 02 SENSOR

Question

Hi My Pathy is Stalling on me when I am driving. It usually does it when I am slowing down, but sputters at any speed. The codes are P0448, P0430 and o2 sensor. It stalled on me and wouldn't start last time I drove it, it just clicked. I had it towed home, a friend cleaned the battery terminals and jumped it and it was fine for a day, then started back up, what do you suggest I start with fixing? And it is getting poor gas mileage, check engine light on, when it starts doing its thing the Slipping light comes on and the abs light comes on? I think it says abs, I am not at my truck right now but you get the idea, right? Lights come on
