P0448 on 2009 Nissan Pathfinder

continually getting SES light with P0448 code on my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. Need to know what parts are needed to fix. Have already cleaned hoses and connections, code keeps kicking.
need to know part numbers and how involved it is to fix.

There are many things to check with the EVAP system here is a diagnostic procedures.

see picture, number 3 below is one of the causes but you have to check the diagnostic procedures in order
