I got the engine code P0420 on my 2003 Nissan Murano 3.5L V6, what could be the problem? how do I fix the code?

Hi Linda

When I see this code I usually clear it and then let the customer take the car. If the code returns then most often we are looking at replacing the catalytic converter to resolve the problem. This is the rear bank and the converter that is bolted directly to your exhaust manifold.
