P0453 Subaru 2010 forestor will not take gasoline what's wrong?

How is diagnosed?my mechanic replaced pressure sensor but two weeks later it be fueled again?.
Now he says it is cannister valve stuck open. Should this have been tested on original diagnosis?
What is proper diagnosisprocedure when 2010 forestor won't accept gas? What is trouble shooting code?

This should have been checked on the original diagnosis. The code for the pressure sensor is for high pressure. This indicates an issue with the vent valve considering the inability to put gas in the car. The valve is stuck closed. This causes the fuel vapors to build up which in turn sets off the code, but also prevents you from putting gas in the car. This is because the vapors are not purged out of the canister so eventually it's full and they cause the gas to come back up the fill tube and turn the pump off.
