2007 Chevrolet Aveo 1.6L with engine code P1235

It's a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo 1.6L. The only problem I feel is that it lacks horsepower. Other than that, the car runs great,, but I got a P1235 code and don't know what it could be. Please help
