P1121 Ford - 1999 eddie bauer 5.0 explorer

Just installed new fuel pump in explorer that owners says just quit running. Car started right up but has rough idle. I have gotten a p0113 code and p1121. replaced Mafs. no change

If the maf sensor didn't resolve it, then check for any intake vacuum leaks. If none are found then you likely have a problem with the throttle position sensor.
