I have a 2005 Ford expedition that is in limp mode and giving codes p0720,p2106.

Idles in park fine and goes in reverse, but will not go past 15 mph in drive. Over drive light flashes on and off.

P0720 is for the output shaft speed sensor on the transmission. This is mounted to the tail shaft of the transmission and will cause shifting issues, this is the likely reason the OD light is flashing.
