2000 Honda Accord LX, 4-cylinder VTec engine. Check engine light w/code for low voltage air/fuel ratio sensor (primary o2 sensor). Replaced o2 sensor (replaced old air filter, as well). Engine seems to run like a top - with, perhaps some increased fuel consumption - however, now have check engine light w/codes P0170, P0171, P0174 (engine running too lean). Check engine light and codes continue to re-set after erasing and extinguishing. Any ideas???

P0170 Fuel trim malfucntion

P0171 Fuel trim malfunction Bank 1

P0174 Fuel trim malfunction Bank 2

The only way this engine can have a P0174 is this engine is a V-6,  This engine does not use a MAF (mass airflow). Vacuum leak would be the main cause for a leak code condition ,

Try this with the engine at idle , feel the EGR if it is hot to touch you may just have a vacuum from the EGR system.
