I'm having consistent driving issues with my 98 accord v6. all of a sudden loses power when "cold" & when accelerating at slow speeds. Could they be fuel injectors?

P1457 Evaporative emisssion system control system leakage, (EVAP cansiter system)

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P0170 Fuel trim malfucntion

No this would not be fuel injectors, a fuel injector you would have 4 one per each cylinder. if they were faulty you have a misfire condition, Loss of power when cold and accelerating this could be fuel related. , such as a plugged fuel filter. or a faulty TPS sensor, As for P1457 this a famous code for a Honda. at the charcoal canister there is a EVAP solenoid bypass valve this fails because of where its placed at road salt hits it water , and road material.
