P0480 code - fan 1 not spinning.

Question

I checked and my left side of the pair of fans is not spinning, is this replaceable alone or do i have to replace the whole unit with both fans?
Also, is there a way to check the connection of the fan and where would I look for that plug?

If one of the fan is not working you can just replace that one fan that is not operational
