1999 Camry running bad, chugging down the road. Engine light on- code p1133 for A/F ratio sensor. Sensor looks like it has been replaced already

This code would be the result of the vehicle chugging down the road. Until the chugging is identified , as from what the cause is will P1133 be reolved. You can be experiencing a misfire at sparkplug boot secondary ignition seeking ground.to a distributors cap and rotor.
