I have the engine code P2118 on my 2006 Toyota Sienna 3.3L

Question

Our 2006 Toyota sienna has had ETC problems for a few months now. Toyota dealer replaced the throttle body at the cost of 1450.00. Worked for a while, but problem persists only worse now. Now it goes into the default mode going down the road. Dangerous no doubt. Any ideas? ECU replacement?
