In the information it says vvt sensor or does it mean camshaft/crankshaft sensor 2003 camry

I have a p0016 code the ocv is working and clean I removed it and used a power probe and taped the power and it moved in and out nice and strong

This code would be associated with the cam position sensor if the OCV valve is working as it should. Usually the cam sensor will stop reading and it can cause the problem. However if the ocv is not getting signal then the cam senosr could be reading properly and you just aren't getting movement.
