04 Isuzu npr 4cyl diesel codes check-engine-light code-19

I have code 19 and i cant figure out what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Code 19 Isuzu does not use code 19, what it has is code 14 which is ECT sensor circuit low, then start at 21 which is for the Rack sensor circuit low voltage, then 22 which is Rack sensor circuit high voltage.
