2004 isuzu npr 19 blink error code

Question

I recently bought a used isuzu npr diesel its an 2004 and it has the abs ligh on and the break booster make the noise and light when the truck is put in to contact and when running, I did the code trick with the wire to fine that i have code 19, any idea what this is I looked at a phorm for all Isuzu npr codes and there isn't a 19 any one know what I should due, I will include the error code link below.
