P0446 2001 chevy s10 pick up

Question

I change the evap canister clear the code and two day later code is back. ALso got another problem I change everything in the front end of my truck already except the pitman arm and idle arm and gear box the whole front end os the truck is shaking shimming when I am drive it at any speed I don't know what is causing the problem can anyone help me out thank you
