what do with check engine is still now

Everything is changed the check engine light comes on still.
Fan clutch. Thermstat radiator fan antifreeze changed. Temperature cool sensor
has all been changed the check engine light is still now.

Now the only thing that has not been changed the water pump maybe not working right

Please my truck is still at the dealership.
