my jeep threw these 4 codes

P0138 H02S Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 shorted to voltage

P0158 H02S Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2 Shorted to voltage

P0141 H02S Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater circuit failure

P0161 H02S Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2 heater circuit failure

For all these code condition to occur , you would have a shorted H02S sensor , this can be at the harness of the oxygen sensor to one of the oxygen sensor
