P0158 DODGE - 2004 stratus

Question

How do I replace P0138 and P0158 Code Sensor Check engine on 2004 Dodge Stratus SE 2.7L V6.

Step by step instruction if possible.

P0138  02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 voltage high

P0158  02 sensor bank 2 sensor 2 shorted to voltage

Both of these codes are for catalytic,for p0138 voltage high look and inspect for harness disconnection,For p0158 sensor shorted to voltage. disconnect the 02 sensor clear code and if P0158 return you have a short to power on the PCM side,if it doesnt retun and the code is circuit high,replace the 02 sensor or inspect the harness for exposed wire touching
