2000 Nissan Maxima: P0120, P0430 and P0731. Can the P0430 be cause by the other two codes?

Getting the following code on my 2000 Nissan Maxima: P0120, P0430 and P0731. Can the P0430 be cause by the other two codes?

P0120 Throttle position sensor / switch A circuit malfunction

P0430 Catalyst system efficiency below threshold Bank 2

P0731 Gear 1 incorrect gear ratio

Yes it can be cause by the other code, The purpose of the CK ENG LT is to protect the catalyitc convertor. and the catalytic is to protect the enviroment . Anytime the CK ENG LT comes on it warning that the catlyic convertor is doing more work than it can handle.
