P0340 TOYOTA - i have difficult starting. i have checked continuity between the camshaft postion sensor. i have changed the ECU.i have chave the camshaft position sensor but still the code is there and i still have difficult starting. what next i need help

When you say it's difficult to start, do you mean that the engine cranks for a long time before starting or it doesn't start at all?
