fuel pump making noise now getting code p0087

Question

was hearing noise coming from fuel pump and filter then was noise under hood middle driver side then change fuel filters was not as noise as before ,then test drive noise got louder ,went to dealer no diesel M ,on way home it when to low power mode then it said low fuel pressure only when 5 miles hours just made it home is this fuel pump
