it's hard to start like not getting any fuel

PO 453, PO 463, PO 146 NOW... fuel pump replaced in 2009, catalytic converter replaced in 2006

Neither of the the codes you listed should caused the hard start situation. Did the problem started after you replaced the fuel pump? if it did started after the fuel pump you should inspect the installation otherwise there is something else causing the hard start.
