P0115 Lexus - what happens when the sensor was changed and the coolant level is topped off?

The check engine light turns on again and the Trac off light comes on? The car dead and stated to over heat.

Hi there,

This usually means there is some other issue like a sticky thermostat and the ect is not the actual cause of the code. If it wasn't bled properly when you added coolant there could be an air pocket in the system as well causing the car to overheat.
