ii have a 1999 audi 4A, 1.8 ltr and a hose got cut off when i had a blow out, and the front end was bent

There is a big section of the hose missing from the EVA section, now, can i replace it myself? Is it hard to do? i already pay 900 to fix the tire and bumper, dont want to pay more...help please!
