Is P1133 related to transmission in any way

Question

We just recently had the transmission fixed and now this code keeps coming up, is it related to transmission in any way?

P1133 H02S  Insufficient switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

This is for the upstream 02 sensor , this is more of the oxygens sensor perfromance, this is considered a bias 02 sensor , it would not  be related to any repair that was done to the vehicle, it just unfortunate the 02 sensor is going out.
